Taste It

How can one know if the food on their plate is a good meal or not? The smell of the food might play a role in helping to identify what has been cooked but that is not a certainty of the meal being tasty. For one to be sure about the food on their plate they have to taste it. That is the only way to know if the food is good or bad.

It is amazing to know that there are people who still say the Promises of God aren’t working for them. But the question is, why aren’t the Promises working for them? Because they haven’t tested the Word of God.

“And try Me now in this, ”Says the Lord of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven. And pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it. “ Malachi 3:10

God said it Himself that we should try/test Him in giving tithes and offerings and see what happens after. Same as with asking. He said those who ask they receive. You cannot say you don’t have if you never tested and asked. It is biblical.

Test every prophesy a man of God utters from his mouth and see if it works or not. Test it by obeying it and having faith in the One who sent the man of God to you. Remember the widow tested the prophesy said by Elijah, she exchanged the certain with the uncertain. She was certain that after eating she and her son would die and wasn't sure if the prophesy would be real or not but she tested by obeying the man of God.

If you are uncertain that the Word of God will work for you, just TEST it. Give your best shot and see what happens after, then you can testify.

God bless you.
